Taurus is the second sign of the zodiac and possesses characteristics that many envy. They tend to exude a sense of purpose, reliability, and honesty that make them stand out as one of endearing integrity. Like the other Earth signs (Virgo & Capricorn), Taurus is sensible and dependable, and approach life from a practical perspective. They have an inherent need to order and organize their world to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances, behaviors and hazards. Sensibilities rule over their emotions! Taurus is certainly in tune with the feel of things and feelings, but these may be based more on the actual than an emotional response. The sense of touch is an earthy feeling mechanism. They are more suited for the marathon, energy is conserved and actions contemplated and considered before taken. Taurus likes to go at a steady pace, and cannot be pushed into action until they are good and ready. The downside to this idolism is that their strong possessive nature may tend to turn away those who refuse to be controlled or dominated.

Like the other fixed signs (Leo, Scorpio, & Aquarius), Taurus has the trait of being somewhat set in their ways, and have a dislike for change; they do like the status quo and have an easier time of adjusting to a comfortable rut. Taurus is a Venus ruled sign, shared by Libra and is about love, relationships, feelings, and the enjoyment of earthly pleasures from food to sex; and of course everything else in between. Taurus is a true connoisseur of food. Taurus rules the sense of touch. Taurus likes to build beautiful, practical and useful things. Taurus likes material comforts. Let’s say you are going out on a date … If the date doesn't end up in the theatre and dinner afterwards, this is fine as long as both entertainment and food are involved. The mental attitude of a Taurus female is one of patience and this lady can withstand great hardships. But when provoked beyond limits, she will become wild with rage and no power can withstand her emotions. So be gentle with your convictions and have facts to back up your concerns. We will begin on a smooth personal note. Taurus males are quite simple, who like doing things unexpectedly to shock you. ADELE
Adele Laurie Blue Adkins is originally from Enfield, North London), She is known professionally as Adele and is soulful British singer. Adele's album, 19, debuted at number one on the UK album chart and since has been certified platinum with sales of more than 500,000 copies in the UK and over 1.2 million worldwide. It begin when this Taurus wrote her first record, "Hometown Glory" when she was 16 years old. She then signed to independent music label XL Recordings, which in January 2008 released her second single Chasing Pavements. Here in the year of 2009, Adele has won two Grammy Awards, Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for the single that awesome release in 2008.

Sugar Ray Robinson
Walker Smith, Jr., better known as, Sugar Ray Robinson was one of the first African American athletes who became well-known outside the boxing arena and has been universally acclaimed as one of the greatest boxers in the history of the sport. He began boxing after three years of high school in New York City. Having won all his amateur fights (about 90), including the Golden Gloves featherweight title, This Taurus turned professional in 1940. When Robinson retired from boxing as middleweight champion in 1952 he had lost only three times in 137 bouts. Returning to boxing in 1955, he was the first boxer ever to regain a title after retiring. I can definitely see that Taurus nature coming out in the ring!
Donatella Versace
Donatella Versace, born in the Italian city of Reggio di Calabria is a fashion designer, as was her brother, the late Gianni Versace, the founder of the Versace clothing brand. She is the youngest of four children in her family. This Taurus is currently the Vice-President of the Versace Group and Chief Designer of the fashion line. She owns 20 percent of the entire stock market assets of Versace. Donatella is the first to use notable celebrities to broadcast her clothing into the world on the catwalk and other public media such as advertisements, instead of using unknown models! Branching into other fields, the company has created the grand, luxurious Palazzo Versace resort on the Gold Coast of Australia. Stevie Wonder
Stevland Hardaway Judkins, better known as, Stevie Wonder, later changed his name to Stevland Hardaway Morris, is an American singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and record producer. Stevie is originally from Saginaw, MI and is the third of six children! He was a prominent figure in popular music during the latter half of the 20th century and still rockin' it out today! This Taurus has recorded more than thirty U.S. top ten hits and won twenty-two Grammy Awards; the most ever won by a solo artist in history!!! He has aquired the the lifetime achievement and he has also won an Academy Award for Best Song, Oh yea, not to mention his induction into both the Rock & Roll and Songwriters halls of fame. Add the Polar Music Prize also. Whew! Just too many to name! Stevie signed with Motown Records at the age of eleven, and continues to perform and record for the label. His musical talent has truly being inspiring to many artists in the industry as well as healing to the public!
