"Do a combination of weight training and cardio, and even mix in some calisthenics (push-ups pull-ups, sit-ups, etc.). Make sure to have a “get it done” approach and you can finish this in 30 minutes. (just mix and match, maybe 10 minutes of each). Deforest Hart, Libra Male, is the CEO and Founder of Raw Talent Sports Performance INC., located in Cleveland, Ohio. After two successful years at Ballys Total Fitness, he decided to open his own fitness studio, Cater 2 U Fitness.
Deforest is currently working on becoming certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as the American Council on Exercise. In 2004, Deforest opened a sports training facility named Raw Talent Sports Performance. The main focus of this training facility is speed, agility and strength training.
