Q: I submitted a request for a Basic Assessment Chart. When will I receive a response?
A: Once you have submitted a full request, you will recieve a confirmation email, stating that your request was received. I, Madam Nove, will respond to your request with an information packet!
Q: When will I receive my Assessment Chart after I have received & submitted the info packet?
A: The evaluation then begins! After receiving the correct information and your payment has been made through Pay Pal, credit/debit card, or money order, you will receive your requested chart!
Q: What if I requested a Basic Assessment Chart, submitted everything correctly AND also requested a One -on- One Presentation, when & where will the presentation occur?
A: Once I am done with the Assessment Chart, I will call or email you to negotation a convient time & place for us to meet & present. This is a very flexible option and your chart will be filed & protected until time permits. There is a schedule however, business hours are from 10am to 8pm, Monday thru Friday. Saturday appointments will be an additional $10. No Sunday Service!
Questions & Directions about special services will be attended to in the same time frame as Basic Assessment Charts. After successfully setting you up with the right info, the time schedule then will fall in the hands of the current provider of your choice!
